Prior to joining Weave, I worked in a large corporation, where career paths were pre-defined with standard timelines and milestones. I joined Weave when the company had only 7 employees because I wanted to further challenge myself in a company that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit.
Since joining, I have been given amazing opportunities to grow and develop. I have worked directly with senior executives from some of the world’s largest retailers and manufactures to solve interesting cases. I supported marketing and business development including organizing the annual Weave 360 conference for >250 people.
I appreciate that leaders at Weave provide employees with diverse opportunities to grow into well rounded consultants and to contribute to the growth of the firm!

Meet Daniel
I was excited to join Weave in 2016 as the Director of People Development. I have enjoyed the opportunity to attract & recruit dynamic international talent during this phase of rapid growth and expansion into new geographies.
To continue to be thought leaders and experts in our field, it was important to equip our people with impactful training and development. So alongside our best-in-class internal training, our people take advantage of formal training and certification opportunities from international bodies such as APICS, Coursera, & CIPD.
Weave employees also have the opportunity to learn about apparel manufacturing first hand though on-site training at TAL factories. During this immersive program, employees experience the garment manufacturing process first hand sewing a dress shift from a roll of fabric.
