Senior Consultant
The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality supply chain consulting engagements. You will take ownership of defined workstreams or project components, working closely with Engagement Managers to structure problems, develop insights, and deliver practical recommendations for clients.
Senior Consultants are expected to demonstrate strong problem‑solving capability, increasing confidence in managing client interactions, and the ability to guide and coach junior team members. You will contribute directly to project delivery while continuing to build consulting, industry, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Own and deliver defined workstreams or project modules, ensuring high‑quality outputs and adherence to timelines
- Structure business problems, develop hypotheses, and conduct robust analysis to support recommendations
- Translate analysis into clear, concise, and client‑ready presentations and deliverables
- Support implementation activities where required
Client Interaction
- Engage directly with client counterparts on day‑to‑day matters within your workstream
- Communicate progress, insights, and risks clearly to project leadership
- Demonstrate a strong client‑service mindset and responsiveness
Team Contribution
- Coach and support Consultants and Business Analysts through day‑to‑day guidance and feedback
- Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performance team environment
- Act as a role model for Weave’s consulting standards and ways of working
Firm Contribution
- Support business development activities through research, analysis, and proposal support
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and methodology development
- Take ownership of personal development and progression toward Engagement Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a management or supply chain consulting environment, or in a comparable client‑facing role
- Strong grounding in supply chain concepts such as sourcing, planning, operations, or performance improvement
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to manage workstreams independently with limited day‑to‑day supervision
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling client deliverables
- Confidence in engaging with clients and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are an advantage
